Two convenient locations in Central Fremantle. Ellen Health is owned and managed by doctors who work in the practice.

We are a family oriented practice offering a full range of primary health services for all ages, grandparents to babies. We are fully computerized and paperless, with internet linkage of medical records across both practice sites.
The enthusiastic team of doctors, nurses, midwife, nurse practitioner/ nutritionalist, and mental health nurse at Ellen Health offer holistic health care, in traditional, caring family general practice.

We are close to public transport, have easy access for the disabled, open after hours, AGPAL Accredited, private billing, electronic medical records, interpreter service, and owned and operated by the doctors.

Our fees:

Ellen health is a privately billing surgery. Our doctors and allied health practitioners are independent practitioners who are free to set their own fees.

With this in mind, our commonly charged fees, within normal business hours (8 am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday and 8:30 to 12:00 Saturday) are:

Normal business hours: Standard consultation – Private: $85 ; $75 for health care card and $65 for pensioners, students and children.

• Weekdays (8.00am to 8.00pm)

• Saturdays (8:00 am to 12.00 midday)

Children and School Students: Many of our doctors bulk bill (directly bill Medicare) all children and students. All of our doctors will bulk bill children (up to 16 years) for families holding a current Health Care Card. 

After-hours periods: We have extended our hours to enable working people to see the doctor outside of normal business hours. Our after-hours consultations are at full private billing rates with a Standard Consultation at $95.00.
