Collie River Valley Medical Centre (CRVMC) aims to provide high quality, professional and personalised healthcare that is constantly evolving to meet the needs of the Collie community.

Collie River Valley Medical Centre is a purpose built modern surgery located at 24-28 Harvey Street, Collie.

The surgery may be entered either from Harvey Street or Collie Central car park. There is plenty of parking with a drop off and collection bay at the Harvey Street entrance.

The clinic's business is general practice with procedural skills in obstetrics, anaesthetics and minor general surgery. They expanded their services in 2012 to 28 Harvey Street to include a more efficient and comprehensive approach in occupational health, preventative health clinics and allied health services.

In addition, their dedicated doctors and staff are committed to a continuing involvement with training GP Registrars and medical students. This networking and teaching focus allows the surgery to be continually updated on all current and best practices in medicine.

Fees...

The fee can vary depending on the complexity of the service provided. The following is a general guide. If you are unsure, please speak with the receptionist.

• A standard consultation is $76.00 (gap after Medicare rebate is $37.05)
• A long consultation (20 to 40 minutes) costs $125.00 ($53.30 after rebate)
• We do require payment for services in full on the day of your visit. Payment can be made by cash, credit card or debit card.  For your convenience, we offer the Medicare Australia Easy-claim service so we are able to process your refund from Medicare instantaneously. A Debit Card (cheque or savings) is swiped and the refund deposited back into your debit account immediately.
• Additional fees are also charged for scripts and referrals when not written during a consultation.
• Appointments for the on-call doctor may attract a higher fee than a routine booked appointment, even if you are an aged pensioner or have a Centrelink card, if deemed non-urgent. Please be aware that Saturday morning and Tuesday evening appointments are for urgent appointments only and may also attract a higher fee.
