Bulk billing is available to children under 16, healthcare card holders, patients who have to visit every 4-6 weeks due to chronic health issues, financially disadvantaged and the unemployed. Everyone else pays a small fee, most of which is reimbursed by Medicare. Procedures attract a fee and cosmetic services are not reimbursed by Medicare. Some examples are as follows;
