Dr Pin is a certified GP who obtained his medical qualifications in France in 1989 . He has further extended his qualification listing by obtaining a diploma in clinical ultrasound, having used these for vein assessment over the past 16 years. Following his move to Australia in 2006 to enjoy the beautiful lifestyle of the Sunshine Coast, Dr Hugo Pin attained several courses in the field of Phlebology (vein disease) to complete his training. Dr Pin holds professional memberships with the International Association for Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine, the American College of Phlebology, and the ANZ Society of Phlebology. Phlebology is the branch of medicine devoted to the study of modern ways of treating varicose vein and spider vein problems. Dr Pin is a certified injector for fillers, and has recently achieved a Certificate in Liposuction with the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine.
